An internet marketing entrepreneur Indonesia, Nukman Luthfie, provide tips on how to be safe in using internet. He became a speaker at the Media Festival held by AJI, in Grha Soloraya, Solo City, Friday (24/11/2017). Nukman said, the technology can not be ignored or abandoned because it has become part of the times. However, it must be controlled so that the internet can be used properly and impact on things that are positive.

“The Internet in my house is very fast. Parents access internet would be safe because it can control, unlike the children must have a control, “ he explained.

Nukman said, the internet hazard for children, including cyber bully and pedophile danger. Social media can be place for pedophiles. This is because pedophiles are easy to meet with their community. When that happens, the first blame is the parent.

“Because parents often post the cuteness of their children on the internet and it can attract pedophiles. To anticipate this, parents must know social media ethics and may not spread photos in the public space. In addition, regulate the privacy of social media, such as Instagram, which must be locked, “ he explained.

About the news hoax, Nukman continued, this is not safe for anyone no exception adults. When there is talk about it in social media, it must fight against it with counter narrative.
