Joko Widodo Will Attend North Sulawesi Christmas Festival

MANADO, ZONAUTARA.com – Indonesia President Joko Widodo will visit North Sulawesi in this December. He will attend the Christmas Festival in Manado Skyline Tetempangan Hills, located in Koha Village, Mandolang District, Minahasa, on Monday (11/12/2017).

Head of Public Bureau and Head of KKP Bureau of North Sulawesi, Clay June Dondokambey did not dismiss the arrival of Indonesia’s number one.

“The plan has been scheduled and is currently just waiting confirmation from Jokowi’s Military Secretary,” said Clay via mobile phone.

The owner of the Tetempangan Hills, Wenny Lumentut, said this Christmas celebration is more exclusive, because it presents artist who will sing the Christmas songs.

“In addition, there are attractions related to Christmas. Where hundreds of jumpers wear Santa Clothes and will jump in the sky of Minahasa and Manado,” Said Wenny

From the event rundown, artists such as Yopie Latul, Elfa Singer, Wang Yu Lian, Andre Hehanusa, Armaya Doremi, Nindy Ellise, Willy Soemantri, Conny Nurlita and Victo Lekatompesy will come and enliven the Christmas Festival.

This event will be more spectacular by presenting at least 150 performances and attractions of North and South Sulawesi paragliding athletes. And visitors wear Christmas costumes around 1,500 people.
