MANADO, ZONAUTARA.com – International airline Silk Air adds flight schedule of Manado-Singapore rand Singapore-Manado. Silk Air serves from four times to five flights in a Manado-Singapore.
Manager of North Sulawesi Silk Air Wu Kaikai said, the addition of schedule due to the increasing number of passengers in Manado-Singapore route.
Currently, Silk Air has a flight schedule from Manado Sam Ratulangi International Airport every Monday, Wednesday, Friday and Saturday.
“It is adds in every Tuesday,” Wu said on Wednesday (4/3/2018).
The schedule addition is a commitment of airline that based in Changi, Singapore, to support increasing program of tourism sector in North Sulawesi.
“Hopefully, it can be answered all the needs those will travel to Singapore on weekdays. And also could able to push the number of foreign tourists visit Manado,” he said.
He detailed scheduled flight from Singapore to Manado at 09.20 am and arrived in Manado at 13.15 pm. From Manado, take off at 03.00 pm and arrive at 05.30 pm.
Silk Air uses Boeing 737-800 with 12 business seats and 150 economy class seats. Silk Air as a subsidiary of Singapore Airlines that serves international routes in Asia Pacific.
Silk Air operates at least 400 flights each week to 52 destinations in 16 Asia Pacific countries. The latest route that Silk Air serves is Colombo (Sri Lanka) starting on March. Furthermore, the route will open to Hiroshima, Japan on October 2018.
