The beauty of nature in Bolaang Mongondow has amazed the former Governor of North Sulawesi Sinyo Hary Sarundayang. During his tenure, Sinyo said, “East Bolaang Mongondow is like a swargaloka hidden in the mainland of North Sulawesi”.
