Widjo Kongko from Technology Assessment and Application Agency suspected that the tsunami with the highest height of 0.9 meters was caused by the eruption of Mount Anak Krakatau (Child Krakatoa) on Saturday. It had erupted up to 4 times, the last at 9.03 pm.
Anak Krakatau is a small volcanic island situated between the islands of Java and Sumatra that become a part of Lampung Province, Indonesia.
